Smith Creek Reserve is a growing community. During the working hours you may hear some slight construction noises. However, homes next door are all completed. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, must be present throughout the entire reservation, and must provide valid identification upon request. Reservations made on behalf of guests under age 25 are not permitted.
